We respect your right to control personal data. You can delete your Selvi account and associated dream data in the app or by requesting it here.
Delete from the app
- Open the Selvi app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read the warning, then tap Send confirmation code to receive a 6-digit code at your registered email.
- Enter the code and confirm with Permanently delete my account.
This cannot be undone. After confirmation, dreams, readings, seeds, and connections are permanently removed from the database.
Request by email
You can also request deletion without installing the app or signing in. The form below opens a draft to [email protected]. Use the subject “Selvi account and data deletion request”.
To speed things up, include your registered email and a purchase receipt if you have one.
Data that is deleted
After a valid in-app confirmation or email request we delete:
- Account record and email
- Dream texts, audio files, and transcripts
- Lens readings, Connection Seeds, and links between dreams
- Token balance
Data that may be retained
Payment and subscription records may remain in Apple’s or Google’s systems. Financial summaries required by law are kept only for the minimum period the law requires.
Processing time
In-app confirmation deletes immediately. Email requests are handled within a reasonable time, as a rule within 30 days. If you hear nothing in that window, follow up at the same address.
